Credentialing & Insurance Setup
You can hire anyone to submit an application.
That’s not usually the problem.
The problem is what happens after.
Applications go in, then… silence.
No updates. No timeline. No communication on what’s happening or what’s missing.
You’re left checking in, following up, and hoping nothing is stuck.
That’s where things start to fall apart.
Most credentialing issues are not about the application itself. They’re about lack of communication and follow through.
I manage credentialing so you’re not left guessing.
You’ll know what’s been submitted, what’s in progress, and what’s holding things up. If something stalls, it gets followed up on. If something is missing, it gets handled.
Credentialing can take time. That part is normal.
Being left in the dark is not.
What this can include:
- Initial credentialing and insurance panel applications
- Recredentialing and updates for existing providers
- Ongoing follow up with insurance companies
- Identifying delays and resolving missing information
- Clear status updates so you always know where things stand
This isn’t about speeding up a process that has fixed timelines.
It’s about making sure your applications are moving, monitored, and not quietly sitting untouched.
You should never have to chase your own credentialing status.
The goal is simple.
Clear communication. Active follow through. No guesswork.
Pricing
Credentialing is billed per insurance panel.
Current rate: 125 dollars per completed panel, billed after approval is received so you don’t pay if you don’t get approved and are in-network. It’s that simple.
Ready to get this moving without the back and forth?
If you’re starting the process or already dealing with delays, we can step in and take over from where things stand.
You’ll have clear visibility into the process and consistent updates so you’re never left wondering what’s happening behind the scenes.
