Credential Tracking & Renewals

Get Credential Tracking Started

Your license expires next year… hopefully?

If you found your way here after recently realizing you were supposed to renew, re-attest, revalidate, update, upload, or do some other administrative thing nobody reminded you about… you’ve come to the right place.

CAQH needs another re-attestation.

Your malpractice policy has its own renewal date.

Medicare has a revalidation date somewhere in the future.

And the document you need is probably saved in a folder called “Important Stuff” on your desktop.

Maybe.

First, the free option.

I like giving you solutions that don’t require paying me when you can reasonably do them yourself.

Set up calendar and phone reminders for every important credentialing date you have.

Give yourself enough time before each deadline, and make the reminders recurring whenever possible so you only have to set them up once.

Next, create a secure folder for your important credentialing documents.

Keep things like your:

  • Current state license(s)
  • Malpractice insurance
  • CAQH information
  • Medicare or Medicaid enrollment documents, when applicable
  • Certifications
  • Other documents you regularly need for credentialing

That’s it.

Seriously.

If you’ll actually maintain the reminders and keep the folder updated, you probably don’t need this service.

Save yourself the $50.

But if you read that and immediately thought,

“Yeah, I’m not going to do that…”

I have Option B.

For about the price of a few trips to the coffee shop, I’ll help keep track of it for you.

There’s an easier way to keep track of it.

Credential Tracking & Renewals is a simple annual service for clinicians who want someone else keeping an eye on their important credentialing dates and documents.

You provide your current information and documents.

I maintain the credentialing documents you provide, track applicable renewal and expiration dates, request updated copies when something changes, and remind you when action is coming up.

What this can include:

  • State license expiration and renewal dates
  • CAQH re-attestation reminders every 120 days
  • Malpractice insurance expiration dates
  • Medicare and Medicaid revalidation dates, when applicable
  • Other credentialing documents with expiration or renewal dates
  • Maintaining copies of the current credentialing documents you provide
  • Requesting updated documents when tracked items expire or change

And yes, I’ll remind you about CAQH every 120 days because apparently remembering to click “re-attest” several times a year is just part of the private practice experience.

I hope you’re laughing at this point. I’m this funny in real life too… some say.

Ask me for my best knock-knock joke next time we talk.

One important distinction.

This service keeps you organized and reminds you when something needs your attention.

It does not mean I’m completing every renewal, re-attestation, enrollment, or credentialing update for you.

You are still responsible for completing your renewals, re-attestations, and required updates.

I’m responsible for helping make sure you remember they’re coming and have the documents we’ve maintained when you need them.

If what you really want is someone helping with the actual ongoing credentialing work, keep reading.

That’s a different service.

And yes, I offer that too.

Credentialing Maintenance

The goal is simple.

Current documents.

Timely reminders.

Fewer “WAIT, WHEN DOES THAT EXPIRE?” moments.

Pricing

$50 per year, per clinician

One annual fee.

No charge every 120 days just because CAQH has decided it would like your attention again.

Ready to stop keeping credentialing dates in your head?

Send over your current information and documents, and we’ll get your tracking set up.

From there, I’ll help keep the dates organized and remind you when something needs your attention.
